1. Digital Products

All products on Maori Learning are digital downloads or print-on-demand items.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been granted, the sale is final.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds unless:

  • The product you received is defective, or incorrect

  • There is a technical issue on our end

3. Payments & Checkout

All payments are securely processed through Wix and trusted payment third-party providers. We do not store your credit card details. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards.

4. Personal Use Only

All resources are for personal or classroom use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any of our products in any form. This includes digital sharing, printing for others, or commercial use. Thank you for respecting our work.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have any issues.

5. Accounts & Downloads

You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout. Download links are available immediately after purchase on the order confirmation page and sent to your e-mail.

If you experience any download issues, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including worksheets, flipbooks, videos, songs, graphics, and printables, is the property of Maori Learning and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not claim, copy, or modify our resources for resale or redistribution.
